Zuhoor  Project

Project Type: Residential and Agricultural Resorts.

Location: Riyadh.

Project Owner: Madr Investment Company with 50%.

Area: 750,000 square meters.

Elite clients are on a date with one of our most luxurious residential and recreational projects that are characterized near Riyadh yet away from the everyday hustle while remaining rooted to the Najd environment and architecture.

Madr Investments is currently planning to implement the Zuhoor project, approximately 20 minutes from Riyadh, and is based on two main pillars: high-end rural palaces, a typical residential neighborhood and a tourist resort with 50% of the project, and green spaces that make up the remaining 50%.

These spaces – internally and externally – are linked by a network of serviced roads that facilitate access to and from movement between resorts.

In planning this project, we have ensured that each of its many plots enjoys a beautiful view of Wadi Hanifa, its tributaries and reefs with exciting geological formations, while providing privacy, complete independence, tranquility, and safety.

The project’s palaces and villas are spread on its land according to a smooth and organized scheme. The rural palaces cover an area of 216,000 square meters, while the tourist resort covers an area of 75,000 square meters, and the high-end villas cover an area of 93,000 square meters, and the typical residential neighborhood occupies an area of 105,000 square meters.

In such projects, Madr has invested in its green areas and puts this in its priorities.

Forming large areas of this
project, the green areas form a bright scenic view that relaxes the eye, purifies the atmosphere, and delights the soul.

“Zuhoor Project” preserves the environment of the area, while exploiting it in the establishment of various outdoor sports and recreational activities that suit the levels of its residents and meet their aspirations.

Residents of Zuhoor resorts enjoy a unique feature of its properties; it combines the picturesque nature of Wadi Hanifa, the serene agricultural village life, and the majestic mountain scenery.

There is no doubt that this project is also among the projects aligned with the “Quality of Life Program” in the unique vision “The Kingdom’s Vision 2030”.
