Madr was founded by Dr. Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Mishaal on 13 Jumada II 1434 AH, April 24th, 2013AD. This establishment came as an extension of a few previous projects, the first of which started in 2003 AD, and was a project to develop several lands in the purest part of the earth “Makkah” – which were exited and sold to several strategic investors. Throughout the years Madr has gone through since the first moments of its appearance as a family investment office in its initial stage until it reached the expansion it has now reached at all levels, years in which Madr implemented successful projects, gained qualitative experiences, concluded global partnerships, and attracted national, Arab and foreign competencies.
