Al-Wasil Hills project is one of the mega projects that Madr Company is participating in its establishment.

It is a large project resulting from the development of raw land to include several diverse projects distributed between the establishment of rural palaces and a tourist resort that provides comfort, privacy and safety for its people.

One of the most outstanding features of this giant project is its unique location, as it extends along the strands of a beautiful valley, northwest of Riyadh.

It is distinguished by its unique scenery and diverse terrain, in a spot that enjoys calm and serenity with a close proximity to Riyadh, the capital of development.

Al Wasil Hills project consists of two parts, the first part consists of 94 rural mansions of the highest levels of luxury, while the second part consists of 12 similar country mansions and a desert resort, in addition to a closed neighborhood that includes rural residential villas, accompanied by an outdoor path on a 4-kilometre tributary of the valley for recreational, cultural and sports activities. The path includes is segmented into three tracks: The first is for exercise, the second for horses, while the third track is allocated to cars.
