Al-Manakha Urban Project

At a distinguished strategic location in Medina, specifically on the southwestern side of the central area of the Prophet’s Mosque. Al-Manakha aims to develop the area of historical squares and mosques, it also includes four 4-star hotel towers, surrounded by main roads that provide timely access to surrounding areas.

The project seeks to contribute to the program “Pilgrim Experience Program” and the “Quality of Life Program” within the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, by providing the highest services to visitors to the city of Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) and its honorable people; It gives them the opportunity of a lifetime to reside in a luxurious area while enabling access to the Holy Mosque, while benefiting from the project’s commercial and service facilities.

Al-Manakha Urban Project was designed with the highest standards of quality and international engineering design, and came in accordance with engineering and international standards, under the supervision of the Development of Madinah Authority.

Each of the four towers of the project consists of 19 floors, including a commercial market, 1,150 rooms, parking spaces for 265 cars, while the leasing area of the shops is 5,500 square meters.

These towers have wide courtyards with 19 booths and external screens.

The towers are surrounded by wide yards separating the courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque from the central area, these towers serve as a recreational and service outlet, with features that increase the region’s vitality and give it uninterrupted movement throughout the day.

It has mosques and historic landmarks that attract many visitors, as well as a popular market, 19 commercial booths, and many outdoor screens.

Negotiations are underway with the Al Mubarak Fund of the Arab Bank to sign a memorandum of understanding to acquire the project.
