The managerial and engineering experiences of Eng. Mamoun vary, with experience accumulated over 32 years in various fields of engineering and architectural fields, especially in the management and supervision of construction projects, where he tamed the conditions by supervising the daily activities of all existing work sites, cost controls, contract management with suppliers and vendors, and employee management.

His experiences also include:
 Organizing and distributing work, organizing project requirements, distributing workforce.
 Preparing the planning schedule, organizing the equipment and manpower on it. Follow-up and review of consultants regarding preparation and design work. Preparing change orders during project implementation. Preparing quality plans, bills of quantities, purchase orders, and technical coordination with sub-contractors for quality assurance and approval of combined drawings.
 Prepare application and acceptance certificate as required by the contract. The work covers the general management of site activities including subcontractors and equipment.
Preparing budgets for all awarded projects, approving invoices for executed works, claims, extracts and additional work.
 Conducting site inspections, meetings with clients and coordinating with department heads.
 Maintaining the quality and standards required for construction and finishing workers and ensuring their compliance with contracts and general specifications.

Mamoun graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in the United States of America and has many engineering memberships such as membership of Saudi engineers, membership of the American Society of Civil Engineers and membership of Filipino architects abroad, in addition to participating in many training courses and scientific seminars in the fields of construction and architecture.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of accounting and management in companies in different sectors

He worked as the Executive Vice President for Finance for several companies: Saqqa Holding Group, Packaging Products Company, and Lamal Group Holding Company. He also worked as a financial advisor for the Abdullah Saad Abu Moati Bookstores Company, and worked as the Executive Vice President for Financial Affairs and Head of Support Services for the Najmat Al Madaen Group Company. In addition, he worked as a financial manager for: Nayyara Company, Tabuk Pharmaceutical Company, Astra Industrial Group.

One of his most important professional achievements is his appointment as project manager for the offering of Naqi Water Company in the Saudi Stock Exchange.

Mustafa works as a member of the board of directors of the soaking water company and the audit committee of the same company. His experience varies in the areas of management and accounting such as building and managing teams and projects, restructuring and organizing financial statements, initial public offering (IPO) for the secondary and primary market, acquisitions and mergers, and developing strategies, policies, procedures, financial and governance systems. His expertise is also deep in public accounting, management accounting, cost accounting, internal auditing, taxation, value added tax, strategic planning, financial planning, forecasting and budgeting, consolidated financial reporting, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, financial control, and developing effective internal control systems. Furthermore, he is an expert in feasibility studies and assessments, extensive knowledge of international financial reporting, global and local finance, fundraising, IFRS, GAAP and SOCPA standards.

He has 33 years of consulting experience in design management including but not limited to; Architectural design skills, engineering technical coordination, design compliance with international laws / local regulations, design quality supervision as well as development of design team competencies in many diverse consulting agencies and real estate developers in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Palestine such as: Kling Consulting – AMIS – Derwaza – Dar for Engineering Consultations – Barbo Ajamil – Q Consultants – Art Consultants.

He has 33 years of different experience in managing construction projects and real estate development, during which he held several positions such as project manager and project manager in several huge projects such as infrastructure, residential complexes, residential cities, administrative buildings and industrial facilities through a different group of major companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as: Aramco Mask – Al-Shibili.

Mohammad Masoud

14+ years of experience of which ~6 in transaction services and deals support in Saudi Arabia with Ernst & Young and PwC consecutively, followed by a versatile investment consulting and management career with capital market institutions, public entities, and family offices.
Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, Mohammad possesses a deeper understanding of the culture and a strong local knowledge base and network nourished over many years.
He has extensive exposure within the local Saudi market to active industries such as real estate and emerging ones such as tourism and education.
Mohammad is a deal maker with unique analytical abilities and out-of-the-box creativity, he has a proven ability to manage large internal and external consulting/advisory teams, with a penchant for building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.

Walid Mostafa Hajo Mohamed Zain

A specialist in the field of systems and legal advice. He holds a master’s and doctorate degrees in Islamic Sharia from the University of Khartoum in Sudan. He has practical experience as a lawyer and legal advisor for more than (18) years, during which he worked with several law firms, major contracting companies and commercial companies, in addition to experience in the field of teaching Sharia and law at the Faculty of Law. Law at the University of Khartoum, Sudan, and the College of Sharia and Law, University of Al-Jouf, Saudi Arabia.
